I am a professional fine art artist with over three decades of art creation.
I graduated from Ontario College of Art (1994) with honours besides two other faculties (geography and mining engineering) that I completed earlier. In my professional journey, after
a few years of working in engineering field, I moved to the field of arts, doing graphic designs and illustrations as well as fine art paintings.Before I entered Ontario College of Art I completed several fine art courses at the Seneca College.

Besides creating fine arts I was working as a medical illustrator. My illustrations have been printed in several medical publications: books, lecture materials for University of Toronto and also American Medical Association Journals.

Subjects of my fine art paintings are: portraits, landscapes, cityscapes, nature and abstracts. My creative mediums are mainly oil and acrylic but I enjoy other media as well, including carving and printing of woodcuts.

I have been the recipient of several art and graphic design awards and selected to participate in juried exhibitions; some of them are:
• 1995 CAPIC photography award
• KUMF Gallery in Toronto - my paintings were selected in juried art exhibitions:
in 2013 juried exhibition titled “Toronto the Beautiful”, painting selected
“Toronto – Going to Art Show”,
in 2015 juried exhibition titled “Capture a Moment”, painting selected “A Walk”.
• In 2014, my painting titled “Hay Drums” was one of the three winners of the King Street Banner Contest. Banners are hanging in the streets of King City, Nobleton and Schomberg.
•. My portraits were selected in online Portrait Society Canada juried exhibitions.
Oil portrait titled “Michelle” was one of the Top Finalists selected by international jurors in 2014 “The Miracle of Portrait” online juried exhibition organized by PSC.

My artworks are in private art collections in Canada, Europe, Japan and Brazil and my paintings are being exhibited in solo and collective art exhibition at Mill Pond Gallery as well as in group art exhibitions in Toronto,York and King Region of Ontario.
